【What can we learn from the Starship experiment?】
Today there was an experimental launch of a spacecraft in America.
The amazing thing about this spacecraft is that it is programmed to
come back and land on the ground so that it can be reused.
(Usually the engines (the rocket parts) are taken off after the launch
and they are not reusable.
But his company, SpaceX, tries to make a spaceship that has reusable engines.
The third photo shows the spacecraft which is coming back to the land, not going up.
But... when it was landing the speed was too fast so it was burned...
But they call it "a success" because it could fly and come back to the target point
and because they were able to gather much of useful data that leads them
better outcomes for the next steps.
This tells us that we should keep going and learning from the outcomes.
